I had that today and have it often especially when I found out what I did, I'm stuck! No meds, No shrinks , no help, just me getting worse. I wish you luck and remember "Someday things will be beautiful!" God bless! Sarah

hi everyone.
i dont have much to say right now. Things have gone downhill and I am very depressed. Saw Psych doc today, she thinks I should be on disability. I cant hold jobs as I keep crashing. I am feeling out of control in the sense that even remembering to brush my teeth is a job and a half. Feeling useless. sleeping lots. managing somehow. Cant post alot right now. Thank you everyone. |

thank you everyone.
littles are close and we feel very small today. taking small steps, and doing comforting things. Took big step today and had boyfriend finally take possession of the book i bought him (Allies in Healing) which is for supporters of folks like us. Was scary but felt sort of good. I shaved off some of my hair (all underneath) and let the top half long - feels so much nicer and lighter. I can go from punk style to you wouldnt even notice in no time! I have oodles of support from the furred ones. actually right now its hard to type because there is a small purring black body splayed across my belly and chest with his head in my neck. Too cute. Thanks for understanding about my not posting much. Im knee deep in another crash right now. One day at a time. |
