Hang in there woundedhearts. Do you have some relaxing music you can play, a journal you can write in, maybe playdough or modeling clay you can take out what you are feeling on, or maybe some construction paper, a shoe box, some glue and scissors, pencil, pen or markers so that you can draw the nightmare and put it into the box so that it is outside you and into the box and put the cover onto it? I have lots more ideas too. Like get a cardboard box and paper and something to write with. write on the paper the nightmare one thing per paper and then crumple it up and basketball style throw it across the room into the box...a bubble bath using hair conditioner makes for such soft bubbles and water..
