There has already been a thread on this... but today..
I had such a very powerful feeling to drive my car into a concrete pole.. and just be done with it all.. it was sooo powerful... so very strong....gezzzzzzz.... |

is that one of the destructive parts trying to encourage you? I get that too and have to fight against it - drive into traffic -NO. crawl into this trap _NO... let yourself fall off the bridge... I SAID NO! Like they are always looking for an opening for harm. My t doesn't understand this. DID is new to her (*sigh*). She just looks at me puzzled.
Hold on - fight the urges. Don't give in to them. Kiya
