How Do you Take Back Control..... How Do you Take Back Control..... How Do you Take Back Control.....

I am so very sorry for your losses.....

I too... have had simliar losses .... in the past few weeks.....

my anger... that I usually... "stuff".... into my alters.... I let... them express it on the board here... and that has helped... releasing some of it...

Some of my anger... got released.. with my son - who did deserve it... but I usually don't express it..

And some... got expressed at my friend today... who... also deserved it...but I usually "stuff" it....

But... I have found myself... being very angry....and... just out of nowhere... when something... goes wrong... screaming... I am in the house alone... I don't "consiously"... think about screaming.. it just comes out...

Maybe acknowledging that you are angry... that it hurts... would help.. that you have a "right" to be angry....

wish.. I could help....

How Do you Take Back Control.....

This is how life seems to be, back and forth, back and forth. Life is a neverending process of the word we all love to hate. CHANGE. I am sorry things are difficult for you and you are at a low poing right now, I am wishing the best for you.

I know this does not make you feel better, but anger is a natural stage of grieving. As you go through the stages, there is denial, anger, bargaining depression and acceptance.

Throughout these stages, you must allow yourself to feel these emotions for they are healthy and they show recovery. If it seems that a certain emotion is dwelling and not progressing, then seek some counsel to help you through it.

I felt it when I lost my sister of 32 years, then all four of my grandparents and a marital breakdown. Whaever you feel let it out.
