I am so very proud of you...you did the right thing ginnie...you really did..You were very brave and what you shared took great courage....

You took control over your life by telling your counselor what has happened...

Did she share her plan with you?

thanks lenny but i am not sure i feel good about it right now. i am worried people will get my at me my family doesn't believe in sharing secrets. my counselor tried to explain that what happened wasn't my fault (although i am having a hard time believing her) she just said that we were going to work out a plan to keep me safe and said she might have to get the authirities involved which really really scares me

Hi gennie..

yes, it will be scary, but your counselor is in hand with this now,and will be doing his/her very best to help you in this difficult time now,to insure first and foremost that YOUR SAFETY comes first, in all of this, that is your couselor's first concern--- for you, try to remember this ,especially when you are feeling scared, and that you are not in anyway responsible for any of this.

we ,here, are all behind you in this,I have no doubt,

believe in yourself, and just put yourself in the trust of your counselor and the process he/she is providing , in and for your care.

caring and hearing you,

pm me anytime, if you wish

alevin
