MAY TRIGGER! PLEASE BE SAFE!!!!

***Please only read when you are able to sit down and cry for a time. It will probably bring tears***

"Big Judy Comforting the Child" (may trigger, please be safe!)"Big Judy Comforting the Child" (may trigger, please be safe!)"Big Judy Comforting the Child" (may trigger, please be safe!)

Big Judy comforting the child, 2 years old.

So sad

Allow her to cry. To grieve.

The heart must heal

We will cry for the hurt
in the heart.

Rock my child in my arms.

We cry.

Let them cry ~ and cry with them.

Feel the sad, the loss, the alone, the sorrow.

Cry for what was ~ and what never was.

What should have been ~ and could never be.

Cry. Weep. Feel the sad.

Hold eachother.

Feel the touching and the loving in the presence of the
sorrow we share ~ The tears we share.

They are shared tears.

(From Judy Castelli's "Looking Inside: Life Lessons from a Multiple Personality)

I'm going to ask in advance, I would like some feedback when I post these Judy Castelli poems, because if poems of a certain nature do more harm than good, I do not want to post them. So if you all will let me know how you feel about them, I will only post poems that helped rather than hurt, ok?

(And since I'm a mod in this forum, I can easily remove anything that hurts someone, ok)

Be safe, my dear friends! "Big Judy Comforting the Child" (may trigger, please be safe!)

I am really enjoying these poems Angela. As much as they can hurt they bring comfort as well.

Sometimes seeing things in another perspective, from others words is not such a bad thing. Feeling is just feeling--its the releasing part that heals......

'They are shared tears' - yes they are!!

Thanks again Angela, I think these are special.

(((((((((((( angela )))))))))))))) you're such a caring person.

no, they don't harm me. you let me know that i may want to be in a "safe place" to read them. this one is actually healing in a way, due to the fact that i know SOMEONE SOMEWHERE has gone through what i have and still do. it's a comfort in not feeling so isolated and alone. i'm sorry that one other soul has endured what i have (and more), but the relation today means more than i can put into words.

bless you.

These aren't triggering for me. They just explain what we go thru.

When you put might trigger we are already in protected mode so no prob. It's funny how we go in shut down protectors out front when those words are there. Thank you for the warning.
