I never watched my diet, I would just eat anything.
My doctor advised me to eat more meals, to eat more meats. Well, it hasn't come to my notice until my T asked me if I had any kind of eating disorder? Such as lessend in meals, gained in meals, lost weight, stuff like that. I told her no. Ever sinse then, I've noticed when I eat, what I eat, it's different.

I've started to make a list of everything I eat during the day.

The day before yesterdayonly thing I ate was a string cheese in the afternoon, a string cheese before bed. That's not healthy for me.

I weighed myself yesterday, the scale may be borken seeing we've had it for quite a while now, but it said I lost a pound. I know theese may seem minor, or it could just be nerves, but I am scared right now. I'm not eating. Now that I notice it, I try to eat more, but I can't!

A few days ago, I remember I didn't eat anything but 2 bagles and 3 mini powdered donuts. (How they spell it on box.)

On another day, on the list I put on, small serving of Mac & Cheese.
That's all I ate....

I may just be over-reacting, but don't get me wrong. I'm scared. What if I lessen my eatings to not eationg anything? I am going to discuss this with my T, but needed to get it out before I do. Just can't keep it inside one more second.
Thanks a bunch for reading.

I dunno what to say. Ever since your T has asked you this breif question. It's maybe triggered or worried you. I would say you'll fine as you are. But then again I don't know what your eating habits are. Just make sure your eating the right amount you think your body will need every day. I never eat at school, Struggle to get eating at home and when I'm some where else I eat something little. Food is a battle for me. But I have never giving up, hopefully? {{{{{{{{{{{hh}}}}}}}}}}}}}
Make a list of your favourite foods and see what you could have to eat on that list.

I think what the dr said was to eat more meals? he meant small meals...you really do need to eat more than what you are. I don't know what your dx is but what you are doing is not healthy..please eat small meals at least.

Thanks.
I know I should eat small meals and such as you both said. I try to, but I can't. I don't get it. As I look in the fridge my mind sees nothing
Again, thanks.

I do not want to sound like I am approving of what you not eating but I have a question for you.....how do you exnore your hunger pains? I try to cut back on my eating because I am so FAT but I end up giving in to the hunger pains and I gain more weight.... I have tried drinking water but that does not help....sorry for highjacking this but was just wondering

first I don't think one can ignore the pains nyself. try putting healthier stuff in the fridge...I am on a no carb diet right now..just started yesterday. anyway put fresh veggies in there to curb the hunger..right now I am munching on a cucumber. that helps stop it for me..can't ignore but can stop them
