|
In the past and even now i have aneroxic tendicies where i write down everything i highly limit my intake along with fear of food. I was assualted many ways when i was 17 and now my ptsd is in high gear to the point that i can barely swallow anything w/o vomiting not even meaning to but no matter what i try i can't eat everything taste like sperm. I don't know what to do? I don't want to fall back into this please help with ideas anything that may help me please tell me. Thank you.

yes he is aactually why i'm here my therapist he thought it might help. He understands why i react the way i do but we both know that for me its a double edged sword, thank you for your good wishes.

Can you perhaps drink something like Boost or Ensure? Can the pdoc give you something to calm you? I hope you feel better soon. All the best, January
