Hi... wondering if i'm the only one.. no one in "real life", not on internet - talks about bulemia - where I live, I haven't found T or really a Fdoc that has dealt with bulemia... I get so isolated - controlled my bulemia for a really long time but it's back.... don't know if I'm the only one this happens to... my bulemia seems to be from stress... so sorry.... to say this but food and everything just automatically comes back up... it isn't even after I eat...it is like a very intense throwing up... I had this for abot 1.5 yrs...I now can't even go to sleep with out it happening...throwing up makes me "feel" better. It's like everything that I am upset about goes away after...

so isolating... nothing that you can talk about to friends...or my adult son - they get very freaked out...

My throat is so raw...last time this happened, I had to have my teeth fixed because the acid erroded the teeth at the gum line - you'd think I'd have learned but I haven't I guess.

There is alot going on in my life, nothing that I have control over..

Where I live, bulemia is not discussed especially if you are out of your 20's.

So am I the only one? sorry way worse day than I've had in a very, very long time.

Freewill, did you check out these organizations? Sounds horrible to feel/be so alone with your problem.

(((((((((((freewill)))))))))))) hugs if you would like them. i know how isolating and terribly lonely it can be. for many years i had no one irl to talk to about my bulimia and it sometimes feels like you re living on another planet. please keep looking for a T that deals with it or knows about it. it makes a vast difference. and maybe keep trying in your daily life to focus on what you can control and on taking more control of the things that feel out of control? apparently that helps.
i really wish you the best and hope you take care of yourself as well as you can.
