I haven't posted in a while from too much busyness and getting burned out from all the busyness of spring and parents health problems.

I haven't been loosing any more weight. I'm just hanging between 119 and 120 average.

I know I won't be able to stay this thin forever (unless I like die right now, of course). I concider myself to be artificially thin for the constant working out effort and watching my diet to stay this way. I guess I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts.

I do eat 3 times a day 90% of the time but still skimp out on my days off and sometimes just have a cup of oat meal using apple juice and sports drinks instead of water. If interested, fill a coffee cup 1/2 way with oat meal and then pour apple juice in it till it is 3/4 full. Put it in the micro wave for 2 min but watch it the last minute. When it starts to boil or heap up over the rim, stop the microwave. It's done. Grab a spoon, mix a tad and eat. No sugar needed and it's appley sweet. Add cinimon if you'd like. Grape juice is a little tart if you like tart. Sports drinks are good for the different flavors but those usually contain fruitose.

Otherwise I'm doing fine though.

This doesn't sound OK... my friend...

sounds like a major restriction thing going on here plus.. complusive working out..

Since I have done both, I figure I can say it..

You have my support.... for eating more.. yepp.. eating more..

and stopping the excessive exercising..

and there is nothing about being "artifically thin" that is good...

what will it take to get your Attention????????????????

a heart attack might do it,,, passing out at the wheel might do it.. what about the loss of heart muscle.. so that in about say 3 years you can breathe..

Have I said enough??? would you like to hear some more on what you are doing to your body.. if it would work.. I would share more...

Sooo how's about it... how about taking a step... just one step.. towards health...

it makes me sad to here that you are treating your body this way.... Quick Up-date

I don't want to be harsh to someone who is really quite new (Welcome to PC)...Free will has a really good point here...

I've watch someone deteriate very fast...electrolytes out of wack...driving with young kids in the veiche...very lucky this person didn't get dizzy or pass out while driving.

Please reread you post...really think about what it those short few words you actually said.
