I'm trying to rebalance as my period has made me gain. Still very underweight, but you know how it is.

My blood sugar number came down to not far from normal now. Made me feel somewhat better. The overcast day we are having has me feeling on the down side. It automatically does that to me. I don't feel like doing a thing!

I'm doing well I haven't binged or purged in over a week. I'm actually keeping myself super occupied with college and other things so I don't have time to obsess about food and my weight

Keeping busy is good. I'm going to try more of that.

My weight has gone down significantly, thank God. Can't post any numbers here about how much, though. My blood glucose has gone down as well and that's good, too. I am overweight-I hate that term obese and even more morbidly obese. I am not what they call morbidly obese anyways but the term sounds like a very negative judgement. Oh well, rant over.

Possible tw

I've been feeling overwhelmed lately and I don't know how to cope. I've been overeating over the past couple of weeks, but today I ended up binging and purging twice. I had managed to go 3 months b/p free and I'm scared this might end up turning into a relapse. I've been isolating myself a lot lately, and I don't have anyone I can turn to.

Maybe try going back to the same mindset you had when you went 3 mos. That's what I try to do. Just had to do it several days ago and am back on track.

I slept 15 hours and am still exhausted Daily Check In Thread for those with an eating disorder of any kind.

@Blue_Bird - I'm so sorry you missed the appointment. I know you were looking forward to it. Have you called to reschedule? I hope they will be understanding. Could you arrange to have a family member or friend give you a ride there next time, just in case? If they are resistant to rescheduling, it might persuade them if you have a plan to prevent another accidental missed appointment.
I hope you are not too upset, and doing well otherwise. 😊

yesterday I had a really disgusting meal and it is still making me gag when I try to eat things

I managed to keep breakfast down, though I feel a bit sick- you'd think this would be an opportunity not to overeat, but no.... right back at it

despite having an annoying cough (which started sometime this week), I am still able to eat my food fine

I was worried because usually coughs make it difficult to eat, but I got off quite lightly with the whole winter cold thing- and that's all that I care about really

I think what I really need to start doing is eating meals I enjoy

not meals that are less than average and are rated about a 3/ 4 on the scale

though if I want that, I'll probably get a few takeouts.. it's my cooking that's the problem. not good at it

I actually like those frozen meals for 2 found in thw frozen section of the grocery. Bertolli's & PF Chan or the ones that Simple Choice (Kroger) has. Throw the bag of food into a covered fry pan 12 minutes & dinner is ready & tastes good. I just eat that & sometimes with nothing but that for dinner (no sides) I eat it all or save what I don't eat. I am very lazy about cooking for just me but easy flavorful meals helps me to eat....if it is quick to fix. I also get burritos in the frozen food area. Quick & easy after mowing fields. 2 minutes to microwave & tasty. I add sour cream & salsa but not necessary. I need good flavorful food too & quick & simple & not make a mess in my kitchen

I’m doing so-so. Having some problems with forgetfulness. Pdoc told me to lower my Wellbutrin from 300 mg to 150 mg. We’ll see. So tempted to run. Been able to reastrain myself but just barely.

I easily eat a week's worth of sodium in a day, and have low sodium. Where does it go??? Meanwhile i cook low sodium for my wife. (and low fiber, low potassium, almost no dairy, but no obsessing needed, right...sure) Bleh. I'm being a whiner.

I had to go off of Wellbutrin, made me very anxious.
