I give up... I am going to stop eating.. it isn't worth it.. anymore..

I went to the grocery store.. and I realized.. that everything hurts my tummy except peanut butter toast..

so.... I have decided to quit eating all together.. why bother..

I am tired of fighting... I am just tired..

Freewill,

I'm sorry you are between a rock and a hard place with food and nourishing your body.

Bolthouse Farms makes some wonderfully nutritious and delicious drinks. Have you checked those out?

With thoughts and prayers,

EJ

Are you still going to eat what you can? I know you've been trying hard. Maybe you could try one new food every few days. Have you tried a little bit of ginger when you eat? It soothes the stomach. Maybe suck on a ginger drop after eating, or you can get crystalized ginger at health food stores - it's stronger that way. You're tired, but a lot of people care about you and are counting on you here.

It is very difficult these days with so many different food troubles. I have to give up lots of food I like because of heart and thyroid problems. My mom can't have acidic foods or fatty foods, my friend can't have sugar, meat or shellfish, or shiny skinned vegetables and fruit. My father can't have white flour, seeds, or shiny skinned foods. My son's girlfriend has a total of 149 allergies, some of them food allergies. Food has never been such a problem before. What have farmers and scientists done to our foods lately? Lactose, nuts, eggs, shellfish, preservatives, growth hormones, sugar, fat, carbs....it is enough to give anybody headaches just thinking of food. BUT we still need to eat. Perhaps a nutritionist could help you freewill. Take heart. I am in a fitness program and I heard, after $225 of personal training fees, that I GAINED wait because they told me to eat more, if I am exercising. I felt like either feasting on a pan of brownie or fasting completely and not eating ever again.

Big hugs to you freewill. Try to keep the strength.

I have a question for you. Does it really hurt your stomach like you feel like it's bulging out and sick to your stomach? That's how it feels for me. I dont know what kinds of food to eat because even if I try to eat healthy... like eating fruits and vegetables... I still have a water belly and feel the discomfort. how bad it it that i can't even eat a bowl of fruit without purging. I know there is no fat it it but my stomach just feels sick. Maybe we should talk to try to come up with foods that dont make us sick. I realized that warm foods are good. Steamed vegetables and maybe a sandwich. Salads are okay but sometimes I think the dressing makes me sick. If you want to talk just message me. I know how you feel. Sometimes i want to give up too.
