I fasted for 8 hours today. I have a strange sleeping pattern. So normally I don't sleep 8 hours. I just skipped breakfast and waited until lunch to eat.

I didn't get through all my dinner yesterday, today I've e eaten cookies and squares, but still hungry. about an hour or so until dinner. I'm having roast duck..

i ordered out and am worried i will have gained weight eating it.
logically i cannot have eaten that many calories. nothing over 3000 which is manageable. but restaurants put all sorts of salt and fat and idk what i wll do if i gained permanent weight. |

I've been eating a lot tonight. I think it's because I'm having a hard time sleeping. I just ate something and now I want more. I might make a smoothie. Perhaps that will satisfy me.

I just have a longing for friday.
because I have mcdonalds then, and I need filling!. I still find it a little embarrassing that a mcdonalds is the only real meal I like, but you know.. it's what it is, so.. |

today I opened 2 big bags of candy at once. I didn't eat much of it, just a bit from each bag

I prepared several healthy meals. Most of it is vegetarian. I do best when I have good food ready for me. I've been sleeping extra as well. So that has cut down on the splurging in the middle of the night. Also, I am managing my stress much better.

I am planning to have pancakes today for shrove ttuesday. I am not sure when in the day I will have them, but I am looking forward to them as I don't have them much.
I ate quite a bit of junk yesterday, namely 2 bags of chips and sdome chocolate squares (I didn't enjoy dinner, so I needed to fill up somehow) |

I kind of have an eating disorder I am overweight and on hot days I find it really hard to not drink too much liquid. I can overdose on water and then be sick but I can also eat a lot of frozen yoghurt in one day trying to rehydrate and stay cool. Yet on cooler days I struggle to eat at all. I'm not sure that fits the criteria of an eating disorder but the problem with this is - its Summer!

well: I didn't get to have the pancakes
partly because I just sat around all day feeling sorry for myself (depression), and partly because I didn't have any lemmon. but I will have some this week for sure...... nom nom nom nom |

mcdonalds day yesterday and it was nice, even though I felt very very hungry before hand, which was weird because I'd been eating junk the whole day
