I'm struggling a little. I don't want to cook so I'm eating things like pudding, yogurts, cheese, turkey and soup. They're not that bad, but I'm just worried about being too tired to make proper meals.

I'm so hungry despite everything I ate yesterday.
and, I guess I ****ing suck at menu planning, too. tonight I'm having chicken poppers for dinner, which I know won't fill me up, which I know will lead to more junk soooo. |

I did well today. Last night I needed some comfort food. So I had a small cup of mac'n cheese. Not too bad.

I just wrote up my menu for next week.
I have fries twice, pizza, steak, chicken twice, mcdonalds, not really healthy stuff but that's what I have and my shopping list is loaded with snacks too not sure what I'm eating tonight though. not checked |

I've noticed I really am not eating much at all most days. I'm losing weight, which is good, I need to, but not in that way. That is not a healthy way.
I'm trying to get myself to eat breakfast today. I've had a plain bagel and I'm trying to eat some grapes now. For some reason, the grapes are a little hard. I am still trying, though. Just having a hard time lately.

I'm eating better. When I feel emotional, I just drink an iced coffee. That seems to help. Sometimes a cup of soup will do the trick.
