I look really bloated and nothing is fitting even though the scale has gone down. Today I'm restricting because I'm nauseated out of my mind.

Still restricting. Its getting real bad. I had a cup of Jif to go peanut butter for lunch. I got a couple grande frozen lemonade refreshers from Starbucks. But besides that its been just ketchup chips and a couple sodas since yesterday morning. I just want to sleep all day but I have dumb therapy in a bit and none of her food suggestions will sound like they will work.

I think its my new med. I I don't want anything to eat or drink. I have a free drink coupon for a coffee shop, and a $14 Starbucks credit and I am not in the mood for coffee or matcha or tea. I ordered more ketchup chips this morning from Amazon and I got some little bottles of Ocean Spray from the store. After my endoscopy I developed an intense craving for ketchup chips. My mom has something in the crockpot for dinner. I just want to sleep. Which is all I've been soing since I haven't had energy from not eating or else I've been in pain.

I used to go to the grocery store almost every day. Then I organized my freezer and my food rack last week or the week before and haven't bought much since. Besides the ketchup chip and some small bottles of juices yesterday.

I was kinda sick today so I just had a Quest cookie and a couple of apple sauces to eat. I had a couple Cokes early this morning and a grande vanilla bean frappuchino with non fat milk. I had a credit and my mom and my therapist want me to drink milkshakes when I can't eat.

My mom wants to go out to dinner and I'm not in the mood but I am really restricting if they don't bring me back something.

I had some pasta with garlic and olive oil and maybe 3-4 oz of salmon. Im good for the rest of the evening.

I ate today. I had a lot of soda though. My stomach feels weird right now but I think I'm ok for the day.

I need to really fix things because of my stomach issues. I ate small spaced out meals with my meds today and I noticed a huge difference.

I think I'll try intermittent fasting. It has worked well before. My doctor told me not to eat 3 hours before bed anyways. I'll do the 12/12. Starting at 3AM and finish eating at 3PM. I'm on a weird sleep and med schedule I never got off on when I stopped working 3 years ago.

Then I'll eat small meals. Protein shakes and bars and vegetabes and lean meats and stuff.

Its not so much for weight loss, but more because my stomach has been hurting like hell because of my gallbladder and my diet has been terrible.

I want to throw up because of my pain. At least I called today and got some sort of an answer. I ate what I could.

I dry heaved in the toilet and then burped a lot. My stomach still hurts but I'm not nauseated. I think I can take tylenol in a bit.

It was around this time yesterday when I felt this same way. Intense nausea. I just had a can of tomatoes for lunch though which probably isnt helping.

My eating has become a bit strange recently.

I'm way down on carbs and up on protein and I'm eating a lot of vegetables.

Idk. I guess its good.

Same dry heaving as yesterday and also intense gas stuff. I don't think I can even handle saltine crackers for dinner.

I've put on some weight recently because of my gallbladder issues and the meds I'm on for it. I voiced my concerns to my therapist and she said "you just need to get used to your new body."

Huh? I mean I'm not in denial that I've gained weight. I finally ordered a few pairs of bigger size jeans, but I don't agree with her that this weight gain is permenant. I need to get my physical stuff under control and then focus on my weight.

But her healthy at any size talk really bugs me sometimes.

We got pizza last night and I ate 2.5 slices. But it was just a bad idea and I'm not supposed to do that with my physical issues. I rarely eat pizza let alone greasy Little Cesars. So I've been restricting today but just because I've been trying to take it easy because I'm going on a trip tommorow and I don't want to feel like this.

I did fine today but I just now chugged 2 bottles of zero sugar Mountain Dew. I hope my heart doesn't stop in my sleep.

I made the effort this week to try a new food, and the new food I tried was pork chops

I didn't like them, but proud of myself for giving it a go and trying to expand my food choices
