Ive done good for 2 days now, but truthfully i feel like I weigh 5 pounds heavier. I know its the disease though because i check my weight about every three days and this morning I weigh like .5 lbs more. I was once over 200 lbs and lost 40 lbs by eating right , and exercising ( very rare did i have a binge or purge) and then my ex and i split and it started all over again , bad. But anyhow I guess im just scared to gain that weight back.

your body is going to react awkwardly to changing your daily routine... when i do good and eat right, my tummy is has some extra buldge for 2 or 3 days.. but make it just a little longer and youll start to notice it go away. at least i did!

The fear of gaining it back is what keeps us all from getting better, just try to stay on top of moderation and things like that and youll do ok Irritated .......
