its true. i really hate it.
i mean i love it, i love to cook it, and if i could eat in small amounts, i'd love to eat too. i cant go more than 2 days with out a b/p and lax o.d. so frusterated. thought i was eating just right yesterday... was at 1260 calories. i know thats healthy.. but i want like half of that.. Since my whole day seemed ruined i ate an ice cream sandwich and a poptart since i was so angry..i feel helpless. ugh |

=( yeah i understand that. i tend to do that also. (except my "cheating" on my diet is more like soy ice creams and pure dark chocolate). hard to break the cycle of self destruction. these days i am trying to see if i can feel the emotion rather than eat to cover it. also, the sugar interferes with the med i'm on and makes me sick so night time binging is out.
breathe - start over. it is ok to start again. and again.
