I ate pretty healthy today if you ignore the processed part. I had a cauliflower crust pizza, organic split pea soup, and an organic lean cuisine. Everything was 1,230 calories. My sodium clocked in at just under 3000 milligrams though.

When I stepped on the scale, I was up 4 pounds. That was the other day. Has to be water weight. I'm afraid to weigh myself again. I've been really hungry lately. I think because I haven't been sleeping well. Anyway, the biscuits are gone. Now it's back to vegetables, whole wheat and lean meats.

My stomach looked pretty big today but I looked decent with clothes on. I had about 1,260 calories today. I’m guessing I’m about 150. I was 153 the last time I weighed myself.

I didn’t weigh myself today. I was wondering why I felt so weak by 8:30AM and then I realized I hadn’t eaten since 3 yesterday afternoon. I did bring a Starbucks protein box for a snack. Then I didn’t eat anything until 2 this afternoon. I had outback. Steak and fries. Dinner is going to be a piece of a chicken. Everything adds up to 1,205 calories. I just eat differently and I forget to eat sometimes and I don’t always realize that I’m feeling hunger but I still don’t think it’s an issue.

I just weighed myself and I was 154.6! I know my stomach looked huge this morning but I’ve been eating less. Unless its weight gain from PMS. Or my food yesterday somehow had more then 1,260. But I shouldn’t even be gaining this much on 1400. That’s why I said 145 by October. Maintenance is going to be like 1600 for me. This is ridiculous.

My stomach looks like I’m 9 months pregnant. I look and feel horrible. I gained 7 pounds in a week. Only Saturday and Sunday were bad days. I’m guessing it’s mostly PMS weight gain and also water retention from all the sodium yesterday and maybe 2 real pounds.

I had around 1,215 calories yesterday. Then today it’s right around 1,200. I still look pretty big and my clothes aren’t fitting well either. I haven’t gotten my period yet and I don’t think I will at this point.

I weigh a couple more pounds than last time. Just my normal up and down. I treated myself to potato salad today. I just bought a single serving. So it's gone now. Don't have to worry about over indulging. I love potato salad.

I look and feel absolutely horrible today despite the fact that I’ve been eating low calorie for several days. I look like I weigh 175. I’m scared to weigh myself. Today my calories will again equal to around 1,215.

I ended up eating around 1,538 calories. At least I didn’t have the all or nothing mentality and ate more then just two pieces of pizza. People lose on 1500 all the time. So I should be good. I have my calories planned for tomorrow and they equal to 1200. I’m hoping tomorrow to fit into a pair of jeans I couldn’t get into 1.5 months ago when I was 10 pounds heavier. I still don’t plan on weighing myself. I really want to try to not weigh myself until the day of my vacation in a few weeks. I’m not sure I can do it. That scale can be so tempting.

Today I lost the extra weight. I'm back down to my low of 276. I was hoping I would hit 275. That would be exciting for me. I feel pretty good. Just 6 more pounds and I will have reached my goal weight for this round. Bit by bit I'm getting there. I started at 322.

I could fit into the jeans but I didn’t think they looked good on me because they were skinny jeans. Today I needed a lot of caffeine so I got a coffee and an iced tea but I got the iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda so that was only 50 calories and the iced tea was blueberry with Splenda so that was 20 calories. I had some chips and guacamole at work which had 225 calories. Lunch was a Nutella bar and a piece of fish which was 185 calories total. Then dinner is going to be a famous bowl from KFC at 720 calories. My day will equal to 1200.

I may have eaten too few calories yesterday at less then 1100. I had Taco Bell instead of KFC and the Taco Bell was gross and I couldn’t finish it and I didn’t feel like eating something else to make up the 160 calories. So I probably didn’t lose today. Today my calories equaled to around 1,270 but that’s off too because I didn’t finish all of my steak from Outback. So maybe closer to 1200. I’m trying to figure out when to weigh myself. I really want to be below 150.

I lost the pound I wanted. So I'm 275. I'm really glad. I notice I can walk a bit easier now and I can stand a little longer than before. Five more pounds could make another big difference.

I was 149.2 yesterday. Then I had a couple egg rolls and some sesame chicken and fried rice. I didn’t eat much of it at all. And my weight shot up 3.4 pounds to 152.6. These “cheat” days really don’t work for me at all.

Kinda weird today (in a good way) because one cheat day usually ends up turning into two, but I really wasn’t very hungry today and I only had about 1,210 calories. I had an iced coffee, mashed cauliflower, a small muffin, and some frozen pizza.

Geeze Chinese food can really stick with you. I went back to my 1200 calories yesterday and I expected to get back to where I was before the chinese food which was 149. But I was 151. Today my calories will equal to around 1,230.

Still at 275. That's a good sign. Maybe I will drop one more pound soon. I want Mexican but it's best not to do that. The sodium will work against me. I'll stick to my vegetables, protein and good carbs.

I know what you mean. I like to splurge every so often and eat at my favorite breakfast place or Mexican place, but then the next day I gain. Then it's a week before I'm back down to where I was. I'm trying not to do that anymore. I want to see if I can lose faster.

I’m back at 149. I haven’t been feeling the greatest. I also may? Be getting into unhealthy habits but that I think is because I haven’t been feeling good physically. I had an iced coffee at 260 calories and a fortune cookie at 30 calories and that’s all I’ve had since 4:30 yesterday afternoon. I was going to have Burger King for dinner so my calories will equal to 1,210. It’s just food has been kinda grossing me out. My therapist had pasta for lunch and my session yesterday was tough because I was trying not to barf the whole time. It’s just stuff like that that is starting to happen.

148 today. Although I don’t really look very good. I definitely want to get down to 125. It isn’t hard at all not eating much of anything with the way I’ve been feeling.

I gave in last night and ordered breakfast from Cracker Barrel. I didn't eat all of it. I have leftovers for today, which I will eat. I just needed a nice treat. I was feeling sad and stressed. It really helped my mood. I didn't step on the scale today. I may wait a couple of days. My mood is really important right now. I need carbs.

I was 148 yesterday. I had 2 mozzarella sticks and half an order of fries from White Castle when I got home. I weighed myself this morning and no joke I was 151.6. To be fair I was on a lot of fluids at the ER last night. So that might have something to do with it.

I had about 760 calories today. 510 of those calories were from food. I still feel very nauseated when I eat. I see my doctor on Wednesday. I’m wondering if it’s some type of food allergy.
