I've been trying to keep a closer eye on what I eat. I haven't weighed in this week yet.

165 today. That’s a 20 pound weight gain since last February and an almost 10 pound gain just since Thanksgiving. It was seriously just a few bad days mixed with PMS and boom, 10 pounds. Maybe I was better off being on the birth control.

I had way too many carbs today. Oh well, I will try to do better going forward.

Just keep trying to walk daily and eat fairly healthy. Yesterday walked 45-60 minutes and 10-15 minutes of lifting small hand weights. Today walked my dog 25-30 minutes after work.

I actually brought out my exercise machine yesterday. I really want to lose 20 pounds in a month. Considering I can’t even lose 6 pounds in a week even with diet and exercise I’m not sure how that will be possible. Some people can do it, not me. But I’ll try. I tried keto and my weight just stalled after 6 pounds. How people lose loads and loads very fast, I don’t know but I’d like to know.

1200 calories exactly today if my Starbucks drink was made according to the online nutrition facts. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical. I should weigh less tomorrow.

I've still been watching what I eat. I have been a bit lazy though, I need to move more.

I thought I would be about 163 today but I was actually 161. Today I’ve had about 1,240 calories and then 15 minutes of exercise. It’s hard doing more then 15 minutes. I didn’t realize just how ****ed up my knee is from several sleep related falls.

Kinda torn because T said I shouldn’t be dieting and losing weight for medical reasons because of procedures and medications I’m going to have and be on next year. But at the same time I really do want to lose weight and also I really can’t eat sometimes due to not feeling good.

I’ve been really stressed this past week and I’ve avoided weighing myself but today I weighed myself mid morning after a lot of sodium and soda and I was 163. What the hell? That seems really low.

Last night I was 171. This afternoon I was 168. Today I’ve had 1,225 calories but in healthy foods. Weight loss shakes and bars, chicken breasts, apples, salad, and no soda. And of course not taking my metabolism wrecking med helped too.

166.6 today. Uh oh for superstitious reasons. Today I had 935 calories in weight loss shakes, lean cuisines, salads, carrots and ranch dip, and apples and caramel dip. Then 540 calories in soda and coffee. So 1,475 calories total but still not an outrageous amount and except for the 2 sodas it was pretty healthy portion controlled stuff. I was worried because I had taken my visteral today. Maybe the side effect is dying down. Or the shakes are helping.

I was 168 today. On Thursday I was 174. I’ve for sure put on weight. Luckily my secondary insurance comes with a gym membership which will be put to good use starting in February. For now I’m just eating low cal.

I overate all this week every day,was meant to be starting to get serious about my diet so not good.
I didn't cope well today,I ate three meals but all consisted not of diet food, a toastie and fish and chips.
Then when I came home I had a medium pizza delivered and chicken strips with garlic dip and I ate it all!
I started weight management class last thursday and have been keeping a food diary this week and daily calories are much higher than supposed to be.
This is bad,I am going to get serious and stick to the calorie limit from tomorrow on.
I probably won't have lost weight when I am weighed on thursday this week,I probably gained weight.
One thing I know for certain I won't succeed on this diet if I continue to eat pub and cafe food.

I had weight loss class today. The overeating this last week didn't do too much damage,I did gain a pound.
So I am motivated now to lose weight this week,I want to eat 1200 calories a day.
I am going to plan each day's meals the night before and weigh out the amounts for portion control.
Also I am going to exercise every day too.
The weight loss practitioner said I would do better to cook everything at home from scratch and not eat at the pub or cafe at all.
Also stop the alcohol consumption, alcohol is a depressant and it has made my moods drop quite low,so no more alcohol.
I hope to lose 2 pounds by next Thursday,23rd January.I weigh 305 pounds now,21 stone 8 pounds.
I have a long way to go.I have to stay on track,no more days of overeating.

I hesitate sharing my weight loss/gain things because it always seems like when I share that I've moved positively, then I get negative results. Sigh! I'm planning on weighing in tomorrow again. Hopefully it's good news.

Edit: sorry, maybe I shouldn't be so honest. Don't mean to make anyone uncomfortable.

I honestly don’t know what I weigh. At the doctors on Tuesday with boots and clothes on I was 173. Maybe they took off for the boots and coat. I don’t know. But it was a sliding scale and my mom and I read it while we were waiting for the doctor. And it said 173. Then today at home without clothes I weighed 174. Today I ate about 1,260 calories so I’ll see what I weigh tomorrow.

Today I had wanted to start back on limited calories, but I failed again.
I had a lot of emotions,frustration,fear,anger,loneliness,so I indulged ,first I ate a pannini,then I had a chocolate brownie,
and I ate a double double decker chocolate bar and three packets of crisps. So that was today ruined as far as losing weight goes.
So I have worked out what I am going to eat tomorrow,it comes to 1345 calories and I plan to get chores done and also exercise,
I am going to do 1 hour weight lifting and 1 hour aerobics going up and down the stairs.I hope I do stick to this tomorrow.
If I can do it every day from now on that's good.
