171 today. I had a sweet potato, and 2 whoppers with no mayo and onions. About 1,100 calories.

135 lbs. so far i've had an in n out double double. 670 cals.

i don't know what else i'll eat. stomach is not feeling well. maybe some fruit. i am feeling very depressed.

I walked outside and upstairs 20 flights. I feel a little bit better today.

I lost another pound today. I'm really happy about it. Been eating rice and beans and vegetables. I didn't exercise yesterday but I intend to today.

I didn’t weigh myself today.

Today I had a couple Uncrustables, 3 Halos, and I’m about to have a Cosmic Brownie. Dinner is going to be a Cesar salad kit. 1,211.

I actually left my house today to go to the store. So I got some steps in.

Haven't weighed myself yet. I was craving peanut better and jelly today. I did that on a tortilla with sugar free jam. It was a nice treat. Yesterday I did my exercises seated and in bed. I didn't want to stand. It just hurts too much.

Still chubby as a tubby but am exercising. I walked outside and went up the stairs 20 flights. I feel fine!

I don’t know what I weigh.

Today I had a couple cookies around 3AM, a thing of Dunkaroos at 9 and a regular order of fries not many in it, and then a small chicken breast from this local chicken place around 12:30. Not sure on the calories but, probably around 1200 for the day. I’m going to skip dinner.

Saw my doctor today. I lost the weight I had gained since the last visit. So that was nice. Today I will eat well and do my PT exercises.

Bad week. Ate ice cream more than once. Emotional eating. Back on track today. Am putting scale away until June 1st and will just focus on healthy eating more exercise.

I had an egg on a tortilla for breakfast. A birthday cake Kit Kat around 9. Lunch was at 11 and I had a chicken leg and a thigh. Then I had some iceberg lettuce with calorie free dressing at 2:45. I’m trying to stay away from calorie free and diet stuff since I’ve heard it just stalls your weight, but I really needed something. Then I had dinner at 3 which was half a piece of chicken. I also had a couple Halo oranges today.

So it was about 1,220 for the day. Not the best since the majority of what I ate was eaten before 11:15AM. Probably why I’m having trouble sleeping right now.

It's late at night and I want to eat something. I wish I could have beans and rice. I want the carbs. But instead I'm drinking coffee with creamer. I hope the coffee helps me feel better.

I went up 20 flight of stairs but am still chubby. I think my diet needs to be adjusted.

170 today. That’s a 9 pound weight loss in about 4 weeks.

Today I’m going to have a cookie, some cheesy potatoes, a sweet potato, and 2 eggs. About 1,152 calories. I’m not sure on the potato's. I’m going to try to spread out my meals so I’m not eating everything around the same time.

day before yesterday i weighed 136. i don't remember what i ate, but i walked and ran 5 miles. my stamina is increasing.

i actually got down to 134.8 yesterday when i woke up but then i overate by A LOT (mostly at night) and didn't exercise beyond doing some light errands so this morning when i woke up i was 137 or 138 i honestly can't remember.

didn't eat much today since i wasn't hungry-just an orange and a few bites of flatbread & dal. i did some strength training exercises. i'll try to eat something so my metabolism doesn't crash.

i figured i can do my exercises like this: day 1- running, day 2- core & walking, day 3- strength training

I was 171 yesterday afternoon. My clothes are getting very loose.

Today I had an orange for breakfast. I’m going to have an egg on a tortilla in a bit. A Uncrustable another orange, and a Cosmic Brownie for lunch, and then 3 eggs and another Uncrustable for dinner. 1,219 calories for the day.

I am still chubby as a tubby. I need to exercise more. I think I will. I eat healthy but eat too much. I must limit my intake. I went up the stairs again.

I ate cereal and milk and drank coffee. Then, I ate more cereal. Afterwards, I ate fish, rice, and veggies. For dessert, I ate coffee jelly. I also drank veggie juice. I walked up the stairs 20 flights.

Today I’m eating just the usual Uncrustables, oranges, eggs, and sweet potatoes. 1,223 calories.

I splurged on pancakes and biscuits today. I was stressed. But I've been really good for a month now. One day should be fine. My pancake was healthy. I ate it with strawberries and bananas.

I had a Mountain Dew half an hour ago, but that was my first soda in almost 2 weeks, and will be my last one for awhile. I also had a Halo mandarin too.

I plan on having a couple oranges, 5 eggs, and a salad Kit today. 1,221 calories including the stuff I already ate.

136 again today. i did arm and abs today. will go for a 3 mile walk. had a pack of powdered mashed potatos, really not great for weigh loss. and later i'll have a mango. that will be about 700 cals. maybe i'll have some broccoli too.

I feel bloated. I ate fairly healthy yesterday. But I did have a peanut butter and sugar free jam tortilla wrap this morning. I was stress eating. I have scrambled eggs for later. I need to get back to my PT exercises.

I’ve been drinking a lot today. So I haven’t been too hungry. So far I’ve had a strawberry Coke, a couple Halo oranges, and a pretzel roll. 544 calories so far. I took a quick brisk walk.
