The scale says I've dropped 5 pounds. I did stop a few meds that made me hungry so my appetite is way down. I'm not crazy thirsty and chugging zero sugar soda either.

I've lost some more weight. I got some snack like things today since eating has been hard. I got some boxes of cookies with 4 cookies each in a sleeve and some more chicken nuggets Lunchables. I also have single serve cups of Bob Evans mashed potatoes and mac and cheese.

So far today I'm around 1,140 calories. My sodium is a bit bad and my protein is not great. But I did what I could.

My foot is doing a lot better, not hurting nearly that much though I still feel things are not exactly right in there. I see the PCP next week for a my 6 month checkup, and I'll mention it to her if it's still an issue.

This morning, I did pilates as I'd like to try rotating that with walking for now. And maybe someday in the future, I will try jogging again. Not for awhile though. At this rate, I'm going to end up back at week 1 of the program!

That must be disappointing Blueberry but you can definitely do it again once you’re healed, you’ll likely find you’ll have residual fitness.

I managed 3 runs this week but shortened my last one for a bathroom emergency call. Went for a good long walk with a friend this morning early on, she’s a good paced walker and I’m used to slow pace accompanying my H, so my legs were definitely fatigued at the end. It was good having someone to chat with.

Awesome that you've managed to run so much this week discombobulated!

I went for a walk this morning and was feeling good so I jogged some. But I think I overdid it; the muscle strain perked right back up! I really could do without all these injuries! Between that and my toe, I am so frustrated! It's so hard to just wait for everything to heal; I am not a very patient person! I'll take it easy and do pilates tomorrow or rest, see how I feel. I did stop at the park and did some of the tension weight machines they have outside. I think my arms, abs, and obliques are going to be sore from that tomorrow!

I guess you could say I sort of fasted yesterday. From about 7 or 7:30 last night until 6 this morning. It does seem to be making a difference in my hunger but I'm a bit nauseated too today.

I took a 30 min walk this morning. I really wish fall-like weather would get here; it's still in the 70s in the morning. Even here, that is above normal.

I didn't get any coffee today. So I'm only at 880 calories and 123 carbs. I've had 63 grams of protein because I had a couple protein drinks. My head is feeling it from the lack of caffeine though.

I did pilates today, not wanting to overdo it and flare up the strain. At least the fractured toe is not hurting any more. I may go for a walk tomorrow, depends how early I get up. I have an 8 AM pdoc appt., and I have to leave here by 7:30 to make it there on time..

I took a 40 min walk today, just over 2.5 miles.

I got a jog in this morning, it was a bit blowy and bracing but I enjoyed it, I got a bit out of whack a couple of times but slowed down and I felt easier.
