It’ll be okay, I’ve got this.
Best of Luck!! I’m rooting for you!

Thanks!

I’m just about to settle down after a very full on, crazy but fun day. It took me and many others so long to get to our assembly point we ended up walking right to the back which was an experience! Then we had to walk to the start. Had a very dodgy start as my hips and legs had seized up and it was so crowded I couldn’t get my pace right. But eventually a few miles in my legs eased up and I found my happy pace, still very crowded and a lot of weaving. But I’ve done this course many times and it’s like an old friend and that makes a difference, plus the crowd support is like no other.

I spent a bit of time reading the backs of peoples charity shirts and the personal messages they wrote, that’s happy/sad but so good to witness them achieving their goal and humbling.

I did a good time, despite a stop to put my reading glasses on (no kidding!) to sort my playlist out on my phone. And my son found his first half marathon tough towards the end but he did good too.

Serious food deficit until we got home but I’ve made up for it since!

Definitely no running tomorrow though

So I added a few pounds through relative inactivity in August. I hope they will come off as I ramp up activity .

I finally weighed myself today on the gym scale. Last weight watchers weigh in was 252, when i started ozempic, and now on week 11, its 236. So i am averaging one plus lbs a week. I just wanna dance over the 236! Its been so painless! It was like xmas arrived! Dieting has always felt like rushing, you know, and holding on for dear life. Yeah a roller coaster, all ups and downs. Trying to "stand it." There's no standing it now, just meeting it where it's at, whatever "it" is!

I’m worried with this gastro I’m losing too much weight too quickly! I know it’s just water weight but I don’t want it to all come back on +++. The only thing I can stomach is soup and yoghurt. Just not hungry.

Im worried its c-diff. I cant poop more than 3 times in a day, my butt would bleed! Are your blood pressure and electrolytes staying okay? Should you go to A&E?

Blood pressure is low. I’m drinking Powerade with electrolytes all day to hopefully keep that in check. I’m going for an ultrasound tomorrow on my gallbladder and appendix just as a precaution.

Una. Your numbers are close to mine. My weigh in at the clinic before I was given my first shot was 244.5. Last week on Wednesday when I went for shot number 4-the scale said 230. It is crazy how I feel like I’m not even trying sometime but just overall eating so much less and healthier and it’s getting easier.

The scale says I've put on about 10 pounds since Friday. But I looked around google and its just fluids and pain meds and other stuff. Not legit weight
