On the month of February, I heard unknown voices calling my name. During that time, I was incredibly miserable and lonely. I just wanted someone to talk to. I let it increase... (worst mistake I've ever made)

It rose and I was annoyed by it. I couldn't go to a therapist ( because the nearest one was extremely far away). The 'first stage' happened in two - three weeks.

The second stage lasted for 2 weeks too... I felt like I was touched by some invisible man.

Finally, it happened.

Possible trigger:

I tried to stop it by believing it doesn't exist. I tried that and it somehow worked. Sure, after that, I still heard it but I managed to suppress it. After a few months, I no longer heard it.

Also, I've noticed that:

Possible trigger:

I was not diagnosed with anything during that time.

What could this mean?

I'd go see a doctor if you haven't already... hallucinations can be a real problem.
Thanks for this!

I hope you r able to find someone to talk to. There is a couple sites on the web about hearing voices that help. One is called intervoiceonline.org.
I have experienced hallucinations also. For example recently:

I agree about seeing a doctor. Ask for a neurological checkup.
Thanks for this!

Just would also had that good sleep patterns/hygiene is really important. Getting to bed at a reasonable time and switching off media a little before that. I think that lack of sleep or rest can exacerbate symptoms.

There can be quite a few different causes behind hallucinations. Could be something neurological or could be mental illness. Schizophrenia (I'm not a doctor but I don't think that's what is going on here), bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder and -- in my case -- PTSD are all examples of mental illnesses that can cause hallucinations. Sometimes stress in itself can cause these symptoms. In my case, I'm told that my issues stem from trauma and major depression (major depression tends to amplify things). My hallucinations can be easily linked to a past trauma or have absolutely nothing to do with my trauma and seem completely random. Last night was hard for me with hallucinations,

A little update:

I've going to see a therapist in the future. I'll tell you about it later.

Date not fixed yet... so it might take time...

hi Usagizzz, hope you are feeling better.

Just reread your OP and the thread and wanted to share that sometimes lack of social contact can be particularly stressful if you're a person who tends to process things by bouncing ideas off of other people or checking perceptions with them (which I think everyone does to a degree but some more than others). Also lack of social contact may mean lack of affection and physical touch which can also be another stressor.

Seeing a therapist or counsellor can be positive, not only to get insight into a situation , but also just to have a connection with them.

Maybe the above might seem too obvious - but personally I've found that I came unstuck with my mh a number of times because of this as I underestimated the value of working on friendships and family relationships and had become isolated.

As for the situations you mentioned in the OP where symptoms worsened - personally I believe that your unconscious may hold the key to what the meaning behind that is. A good therapist could help draw out your thoughts on this (it might be as well to remember that the unconscious may possibly speak in metaphors at times) - or it could be something much simpler.
