I've made the decision and now I'm making the effort to return to writing journalism only this time I'm focusing on matters of mental illness. I'm pleased to be making this effort and thankful that I have the motivation, tools and ability to do it.

Thankful that my recent lab work came back normal. Even though I still want to find out what's causing some of my symptoms, I'm definitely very glad to be able to rule some things out.

I'm grateful my body is healing quickly and that my patients seem to be hanging in there. I am grateful for my two wonderful helpful boys, especially the big one right now.

Today I'm thankful for:
Coka Cola My best friend <3 PC Music, mostly Def Leppard My brother missing the bus today so we could spend the day together My Dad for buying us mini pumpkins to draw on The computer! Greek food! the show being erica (which my father has actually been on) Erica helps me get through the depression ^^; By teaching me how to let go of things, as it shows how she learns to be stronger and not so afraid (me in a nutshell) it's a good show! and my ability to laugh at everything!! I think thats it :L

Very thankful that I've been functioning better with less symptoms for the past 10 days or so (really hope I don't jinx myself for saying that!!!!!)

Today I'm thankful that as troublesome as it is and as much as it's from my mistake I have a plan in place to overcome this latest obstacle.
Today, I'm thankful for my long chat with my dear friend who is struggling with anxiety disorders. Our chats are uplifting for both of us. Today, I'm, also thankful for the box of donuts I was able to purchase at the grocery store |

I'm thankful for the server at lunch today that understood my need for gluten free food. We ate at Johnny Carino's an Italian place for lunch and I had printed out their gluten free menu and took it with me so was all prepared. I told the server I was going to be difficult and as soon as I started and said no breading on my chicken he said oh no gluten and he made sure my meal was made right.

Today I am thankful for:
My mom and dad for supporting me, even when I know it has to be rough My boyfriend, for putting up with the mood changes while the docs try to get me on the right cocktail My kids, who love me no matter what My computer for giving me a way out of this house even if I don't actually leave My doggies and cat for giving me a companion and last but not least I am thankful that I am still here to enjoy all the other things I am thankful for
