It is already 71 here ... it is going to be another hot one today

Did you get any of the rain yesterday? It was all around us (Lewisville), but other than a sprinkle here or there, not a thing. It is SOOO dry here. We desperately need a good rain.

On my walk around 7pm, it looked like I was going to get rained on. I felt a few drops, then it stopped. Mesquite is pretty dry too...

Warm and sunny.

The clouds are stubborn but I am seeing a few cracks of blue now and then.

"Might as well be walking on the sun"....That's a line from a song by Smashmouth I think. Don't know the title of the song, but it's perfect for this weather. HUMID too..Thunderstorms & floods in some places.

Stupid cable box is like a space heater, putting out heat all the time into the air. Ancient stove with pilot lights do the same...in a cramped kitchen with no ventilation. I stay out of there as much as possible.

This weather makes me drowsy, and I was having a good snooze yesterday when I dozed off in front of the TV. The phone rang, waking me up. That part was bad enough, but when I saw it was "Unknown Caller" with no message, it made me want to do this:

Perfect! So now I have to go out and pick more tomatoes from the garden.

Thunder and lightening all around us, but again, hardly any rain. WE NEED RAIN!!!

Nice! We got "Much Needed" rain late last night, I did not even mind Too much that we lost power for about 2 hours

It's starting to get chilly at night. I live near Erie PA. Tonight we are down to 44. Otherwise the days are pleasant in the sun, I think it's gonna be another weird and wild winter though.

More rain....can't see the mountains across the bay from me...too drizzly and foggy. Everything is grey.
