lets put it this way...after years of playing sports & being active....i will never be able to be silent & stealth like...you will so hear me coming long before you see me!

getting old ain't what it's "cracked" up to be! (sorry just had to go there)

My right shoulder! I've been told it has 'crepitus' (sp?) which means the cartilage in the joint has worn away. Anyway it makes awesome popping noises...
