Hi everyone,

I'd like to begin by saying that I would rather this thread not become a debating ground for whether or not cracking knuckles causes arthritis (it doesn't). Just curious to see what parts of your bodies you guys crack!

Myself, I crack my fingers, toes, wrists, knees, and ankles. It does not cause me pain...just feels good. ^.^

Fingers and toes. I used to crack my knuckles all the time (not so much anymore) and it drove some people around me mad - my mum HATES it, and will still slap my hands if I do it around her. She's always spouting that arthritis nonsense at me.

Fingers, toes, elbows, ankles, wrists, neck, back, occasionally hips. It makes my mother grumpy also, she hates it. My phsiotherapist even told me off for doing it recently!

I used to be able to my neck with ease, now it's too stiff. I do my fingers pretty regularly and often used to (when I was thinner) get hubby to do my back for me. My son clicks his back with ease and it sounds delicious!!
I asked my doctor about it once and he also said it does not cause arthritis and that it is pretty harmless.

Fingers, toes, wrist, jaw, sometimes back, knees and my hips. The hip part feels the best when I do it but now it cracks all the time on its own lol. I also crack my fingers twice each (including twice on the thumb) in two different spots

Fingers, knuckles, wrists, toes, neck, back, knees, shoulders, ankles, hips, elbows, jaw and... wait for it... groin. Although that last one can be a bit sore lol. I love having this pretty useless skill lol.
They all go crazy when I'm stretching before training and matches.

I'm talking about right on the inside of your thigh, beside the man area... not the actual area itself lol
It happens when I roll my legs in the air to warm them up.

I crack my knuckles, my jaw, and occasionally my back. The first is on purpose, and the last two usually happen on their own. :P
