Today I will tell myself

getting somethings done is important, even if I didn't get my whole list of things done today.

That I am worthy of love and respect.

That everything will be okay.

Not to expect perfection on my first shift. They won't, so I shouldn't either. Be kind to myself and just breathe.

today i am telling myself-- i don't need to buy anything right now.. i can wait..

breathe---my sweetie---no one expects perfection. It's unreasonable to expect that. Being good is good enough.

I get to sleep. A lovely, decent, well-earned sleep.

That's what I get; no other expectations from me at all.

Today I will tell myself-- try best to think positive-- stop thinking everyone is mad at me.. I am just upset with myself.. i have left up something, it is up-- exposed... it's hard....

That I have seen positive already today after what happened at end of work...-- the sun was so pretty this morning, it made me smile and even chuckle---

...to finish my entry before Saturday so I can relax over the weekends.

...to try to limit my spending on snacks so I can save some money for Christmas gifts.

No alarm clock tomorrow, things are looking up!

Today I will tell myself to hold on to the moment. When yesterday, thousands of people got the opportunity to feel hopeful and amazed again. Like a child....when the whole world is in front of you and your brain and the regular, everyday " noise" that we experience as adults in a tough world is replaced by wonder and awe. And those horrible people that are cruel and purposely hurtful just so they can feel better and superior to others for their own selfish gain are diminished to nothing - totally insignificant - by the miracle of something beautiful.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. All things. I will be sober today from all substances. I will do my best today.

That im not making ANY impulsive purchases today! (I have to find something positive to do with this manic energy ...):screwy::sly:

Set an alarm and get up in the morning. Set two alarms.

Today I will tell myself it is time to embrace a new beginning. Start the rest of my life.

Anxiety likely will always be a concern to some degree.

that despite that things are as bad as they seem, I can only do my best, can work through it, and know that no matter how it comes out that I did what I could; that I'm am just not going to give up, NOT giving up!

Today I will tell myself to stay positive. No more negative thoughts or actions from myself or others. I deserve kindness as much as the others in this house and I will get it or know why not.

There is no time like the present to get a few last minute things completed today before I head to work. Procrastination was bad for a while. Tiem to catch up.

Today, I will tell myself enjoy my time before work-- Yes I am up way too early for a night owl, but it is ok... Lets see how the day goes, I may squeeze in a nap but lets not fret right now....

Di Meliora i think that too to a point... everything is just practice, and practice gets better with in time and doing it.. but things will always be "there" to some degree.

That it is going to be okay. It is is complicated right now in my world, but it is going to work out fine- it just might take a while. I can do this. I can.

That life sucks and things are getting worse but it will all change before I know it.

I will tell myself to get up tomorrow with a better outlook and see if that doesn't make for a much better day.
