1 thing you are thankful for today

Thankful for instinct, strength, agility, speed, and endurance.

I am thankful that I talk to you my fellow peeps, and that I get to talk to the Lifeline from time to time..

I am thankful that so many people in life seem to think I deserve as much support as I get. I am truly grateful for every sweet comment, every hug and every effort, professionally and otherwise that people make or have made in life to help me keep going. To PCers, to family, to professionals and social acquaintances....thank you.

I too am thankful for friends on PC. You all always seem to know just when to send me a note or a wall post or just a comment. It's nice to have this community to communicate with.

Having a bathtub and not just a shower. It's so relaxing to sit in a hot bath and read and just relax.

Survived another panic attack at work standing in for a job I wasn't trained for.

That my school fees are paid, there is food in the fridge, clothes on my back, roof over my head, that I am alive today, that I am in a loving relationship, that I have good friends who care about me, that I have the life that I have. Not everyone is as blessed as this. Even if I am broke. Even if I am on disability. There are so many people out there who can't even get that because they do not have a 'fixed address'.

I am thankful for my wonderful therapist. Its been a long hard 7 years, but I am thankful he is in my life.

I got a check plus on my Psychology homework. A check plus! When the girl two seats down noticed, she asked what those meant. The instructor said "A check means you did well. A check plus means I really liked what you did and felt you put a lot of thought and effort into it". I'm thankful that even though the research methods bored me to tears I still seemed to grasp them the way I do most Psychology. Also, thankful that she asked. I admit, it boosted my ego. But that isn't always a bad thing.

I am thankful for the new crew I work with. They are more like me than the night crew I used to work with.

I am thankful for my life.

That pretty much all of my basics are covered. I can lose my mind in relative peace.
