As a four year old, I loved canned peas

Right now, I feel somewhat thrown aside. My son wants to marry a girl quickly, out of country, (for a visa) before they truly know each other and no family can be there. I am heartbroken.

Been stressed, frustrated, and angry all morning, ever increasing and no break in sight. Starting to disassociate. A h*ll of a way to find relief, but I'll take it.

Im feeling pretty good for the first time in a very long time, I always drag myself out of bed and before I had time to think about it, I went for a 4 mile walk. Exercise is great and I know a lot of people tune out when they hear it but it has helped me along with other stuff. It doesnt have to be far and at your own pace, try it, if you feel up to it of course.http://forums.psychcentral.com/image...ing-Chilli.gif
