How do you REALLY feel today???

Kind of speaks for itself, I'd say.

Today sucks. Unless I could stop waking up in the night thinking its 7 am. And raring to get on with this life. I think I'm in a manic state. My psychiatrist hasn't changed my meds...arggh

confused, lonely, frustrated, misunderstood

Today I feel like I have for hundreds upon hundreds of days.

As always, I am struggling. I hate my life and can't find a cure. I hate my sexuality and my looks. I hate my body. I hate my health and emotional issues. I hate my family. I hate doing anything. I hate being alive.

I am feeling oddly superstitious. I am not usually one for silly beliefs but I might try to find a good luck charm for work tonight.

A bit better. I was able to calm down enough to go back to sleep this morning for at least about an hour or two (before I had to get up from work).

Amazingly, for as awful as I felt, I was still able to make it in to work today.

A year ago, if something like that happened, I would not have been able to leave the house.

Feeling a whole lot better since I spent a lot of time outside with my furry pals

Hoping for some relaxing time. Girls night wss cancelled. I feel lonely

My head was full of stuff all day. I know I must have been dreaming about it because I woke up thinking about it. In theory nice to get out with Mom and go out to eat although her confusion is painful to watch and listen to.

Tired physically...the rest is trundling fair.

Scared to get my physical at the doctor

sort of depressed but not as nervous as lately

OMG, I am soooooo tired and overwhelmed. I have had so much to deal with this last week alone that I feel so drained.

I was up until two in the morning with my daughter, hearing some very upsetting things from her. She told me things that were very upsetting that I didn't know about and I just sat with her and did alot of TLC and listened, she had alot built up in her of some very upsetting experiences, as I mentioned I didn't know about.

Earlier in the week my mother who is 88 struggling with dimencia/alzheirmers called me very upset because she tried to commit suicide. She walked out in their back yard and her mission was to just walk into the pond and be done with life. She was crying and scared and told me that she gets these strong bad thoughts alot.

Last night my daughter told me that her ex's grandfather a little over a year ago did take his life that way and it was a horrible experience and she had been close to him over the years. They suddenly couldn't find him and frantically searched for hours for him.

It got hard to listen last night and I could feel myself shaking inside. So many sad things going on lately with my family, so emotionally draining.

Today I have an appointment to see my attorney, which is such a challenge for me too.

I am sooooooooooooooooooo tired right now, so tired.

I broke down this weekend. I didn't get up on Sunday to go to church, I didn't go to the church luncheon, and I couldn't stop crying. Mom came over and stayed with me to make sure I was ok. I can't stand feeling like this and I don't know what to do.

Weak & tired.... need to try to eat something....

Emotionally-surprisingly good

Physically-??? lower back pain is radiating down my leg. Advil isn't touching it

I'm tired and feeling dull and wishing I felt more motivated to work on my various projects.
