I am so with you. The only thing driving me right now if a mix of fear and anxiety.

Why does therapy have to be so exhausting? I feel emotionally drained, My T asks all these questions that I really don't want to answer.

Thing is in neutral...gears grinding...not engaging. Oh feck...that's every day lately. Th' gears are made of stern stuff to be sure but it's frustrating. Overhaul needs doin'...they say spring is a good time fer that...maybe it'll be so.
