I think I may be getting sick. Headaches for a couple days and very tired. I found out one of the ladies I work with was sick with something similar last weekend.

I'm trying to do healthy things today. I had a healthy breakfast and logged my food. I exercised for 20 minutes on my elliptical and logged it. I've been drinking my water today.

I'm feeling a little muddled. Woke up from a strange dream and took a bit to find reality. I did fix breakfast for Mom and myself and do chores with the chickens.

My Mondayitis has started. Actually my Mondayitis is so bad it now starts on Thursdays. But of course by Sunday it reaches a fever pitch. I can't get through all the stuff I have to do to get out of this trap fast enough. Yet to get through all this stuff would be to fast forward my life by many months or even years and what is the point to living if all you want to do is rush through the time because it is so miserable. I am thinking and thinking and thinking of a way to achieve my end goal that does not involve so darn much emotional suffering or lead to a horrible destitute old age. Pardon me while I go into the middle of a field and shriek my head off.
