Checking in (How do you feel today)? #3

Had a good day today playing xbox. My fiancé and I went to the beach and found all sorts of awesome stuff to show my son, including 2 starfish and a crab.

Feeling conflicted, as though all of my emotions are just swimming around my head.

It's a nice mellow Sunday and the sun is shining. I have some tasks I need to get to but I'm a little drifty today. I tried to walk down to the woods this morning, but the snow is still too crusty and deep. I did get in a 23 minute walk in the sun though.

i dont feel good with my health, i find some small red pimples on rash. they're on my hand. Is that herpes? Damn it.

I had shingles on my leg that looked kind of like that. Does it feel all skinned along there? Nettles looks kind of like that too, but not the season for that here.

I feel better today.

What an excellent metaphor, fleeing. I've felt that way many a time. Sending you a wish for a quick turn-around, hon.

Me? Feeling pressured. Lots of tidying to do, yet. It feels bottomless.

Am tempted to box it all up and drive it to a storage facility. And then pay professional cleaners to come in and shine everything up.

Just have to keep telling myself it's gonna feel SO GOOD when it's all done. And that I've done tougher jobs than this!

Today was stressful but got heaps better. My OCD kicked in - small house + lots of things to sort through = craziness - then my son was grumpy after school 'cause I refused to let him play his favourite computer game 'cause he completely zones out and there's no interaction whatsoever!
But then my fiance and I decided to go for a late night walk along the beach (it's around 30C here) which was exactly what we both needed. Watched little fish, helped one get back into the ocean (hoping he survived), and listened to the waves. I also had a crab try and eat my foot! But it was the perfect ending to a not so great day.

Annoyed, tired, and just all around not that great.

Working, lonely, and starting to get depressed.

I feel nervous about work tonight. Hopefully no tensions will arise at work.

Tired and sore, but good.

It's been difficult today. I was 45 minutes late getting out of work. Disrupted and hard to understand why others were acting like they were. I didn't complain or say anything but they seemed defensive for some reason. It was baffling.

Tired--tired of life
depressed
everything is mundane

I am very depressed right now still in the process of waking up which i did about 2 hours ago, just feel useless

I'm feeling pretty low, very sad. My husband has been seeing a woman that I recently found out about. He's blatantly obvious and because he is almost sixty five and she is about thirty nine he is blissfully having fun. He is aware that I found out about him and uses it as leverage( I confronted him) . We are suppose to go on vacation in a few weeks and he told me that he hasn't decided if I am going to go with him. My Pdoctor suggests I take more drugs. doesn't seem like a solution to me. not a good day.

Done some retail therapy today always makes me feel good

February is nearing its end. 9 days left to it and then we can leave the two worse winter months behind. Spring is officially 30 days away now. Daylight Savings Time will be March 10. So just under 3 weeks. Let's try to hold on to these tiny positives, everyone. We will soon be getting more daylight.

Feeling anxious today... It's not too bad though.

I feel broken and fragmented and lost.

Vitamins C & D are kicking the cold in the rear. Got some good sleep, feel better than I did yesterday. Yayyy!
