Im wondering if there are any apps that help with social skills. I isolate so much that my social skills are def affected by the isolation. Any bi polar, or journal apps or apps that show you how your mood is declining. Im 35 so all I found were apps for children. Please any advice would be awesome.

Everyone is different so it is tough to make an app to teach you to be social. I can recommend looking into some books on mass communication and sociology which will be like magic for someone in need of communication skills.

Yea but when your dealing with anxiety and paranoia its pretty hard to socialize. I usually shut down and isolate and the more I try to put myself in social situations it just comes back. So im confused. Now if I take a xanax it really helps but I really need to be careful with them because I dont wanna get tolerance leading to an addiction.

If you see a therapist ask about a support group for social anxiety...I am part of one that my dr and another colleague of hers put together, there are only 4 of us, the max would be 6 people.
If you are interested in a mood tracker there's a good one at www.moodtracker.com
Hope this helps
Thanks for this!
