@Ceph - (didn't you say you like Star Wars?). A local radio show here runs funny contests where listeners phone in and have to answer questions quickly (to try to prevent googling) for small prizes. This week's contest was, "Is it a Star Wars Character, or is it a disease?" You know, the callers had a hard time telling!

The last contest I remember was, "Is it a celebrity baby, or is it a beer."

Don't worry. The witches have got this.

I can't believe I'm turning 25 next week!

Four days before Christmas!

I am being taken to a local BBQ joint and then having fireball and playing Cards Against Humanity and having carrot cake

One of four personal treasures I saved from the fire was a letter from my 20-year-old self to open on my 25th birthday. The tradition as thought of by 20-year-old LL was every five years I'll write myself a birthday letter that sums up who I was at that age and who I hope to be in five years...or something like that. I don't remember what I wrote to myself, 20-year-old LL emphasized that I was supposed to have forgotten by now, and I have, although one thing that I may have written about was my views on having kids, and I may or may not have decided to write about friends because the "freshly out of high school LL" once wrote a letter to myself describing how wonderful my best friend was and the hope that we'll be each other's maid of honors, but by the time I read that letter we were no longer friends.

But when my mom said fire, that was one of four treasures I grabbed. I have a feeling that now, after the fire, this letter will be even more valuable to me. I'm so excited to read it.

Pic doesn't do it justice. For five minutes the sky just exploded in color. It was like the Fourth of July with all the colors! It went from orange and pink to violet to red and then all of a sudden I look up and it went almost all grey with smolders of violet.

What should I wear for my birthday, a fancy dress/little black dress or ugly Christmas sweater with kitties on them with my Santa hat?

I feel I only turn 25 once, so why not get a fancy dress? But then I think, but I'm going for BBQ in the winter and I'll only wear it once. But then I think, fireball shots, shots, shots and Cards Against Humanity, better dress up.

Hm, what do you think?

I've listened to her since her first album came out. She helped me during my emo phase and I remember having those CD players listening to her at recess when I was lonely and after all these years I listen to her on a daily basis.

I'm going with a group of friends. I am so excited!
