How Are You Feeling Right Now? #2

Very sad

Anxiety,impatience,fear,ashamed,tired,sleepy,

Kinda anxious right now.

I feel like I'm in a bind. I believe that some people are doing things intentionally to harm me, but I'm also convinced that the best way to deal with the situation is to convince myself that they're not deliberately doing what I think it is that they are doing.


Things keep happening to me that are convincing me that the best way to deal with difficult people is to gently get them out of my life. To get angry and/or overreact in any way is for me to harm myself.

My mouth feels a bit weird. I had this spicy salsa. Salsa has done this before.

I feel like I've been run over by a truck. I had a rough day, awful panic attack and then a bit rushed to get dinner ready in time as my daughter is in vacation Bible school evenings this week. When we get home, it is past her bedtime, and we've been letting her stay up a little later, so she has some time to unwind. Myself, I'm ready for bed right now.

I feel so depressed today and I just feel like crying.

I’m feeling meh.

I'm feeling a little tired but otherwise ok.

I'm feeling creative, but I know I need to get to bed. it's odd since I was so tired this morning, but now I'm energetic. must be from gaming too late but I'm glad to be finally happy at night since the last few weeks have been rough :/

SAD and overwhelmed with never ending DESPAIR!

Very tired. Had a very busy day at work. We're understaffed with work piling up. A lot of people complaining (have learned to ignore that already). During my overtime had to deliver bad news to someone. Difficult conversion while having my own anxiety issues right now. Difficult to cope with emotions.

Now at home, trying to relax with a glas of wine. I think it works.

I feel so very anxious. I'm scared to start the day. I don't want the night to end. Days scare me. I don't want to think anymore, I want to have rest in my head.

Kind of annoyed at some people on Facebook. But motivated at the same time. I guess I’m motivated to do stuff which will annoy these people even more.

Was feeling quite inspired the other day, now back to feeling like crap again. Inspiration never lasts, it's always such a transient fleeting feeling...

I'm super upbeat and happy right now! I just got a full-time job offer, and everything is looking up!!!

Right now I feel kinda numb and weird. I can't explain this type of feeling I'm feeling right now. It's very hard to explain to anyone. I just hope I can go back to the way I was again....

Feeling pretty good. The boss had given me a target number, a comparison number actually. And when the product that was removed from the total as it was a different vendor last year, it was several hundred less this year. When added in, $24 more than last year. Aka...nailed it!

Aggravated, depressed, disappointed, unsupported, afraid, stupid, alone

Extremely moody, I'm pissed because my doctor is only there on Monday and Tuesday, the others won't prescribe me my usual medication.

Last time he left on holidays and I had no other choice but to self medicate.

Anxiously nauseated

Tired, anxious. I don't like mornings.

Annoyed.
