My neighbor was just pronounced dead. Why today! What a crappy ordeal for all involved.

In pain. I decided to get my dental work done with out any anesthesia. The dentist was telling me I should get it, but I get so distressed when I’m getting novocaine especially in the spot I was getting it. seriously I didn’t feel much when she was a doing the work. There was some discomfort when she would hit a nerve but it was nothing like the pain the novocaine would have been.

I am defiantly feeling it now though. Even drinking something makes my mouth feel all weird.

I believe humans come with free will That is the will to make decisions that are good or or harmful to oneself, others, society Evil can be seen as the price humanity pays in not being merely an automation. Unfortunately this is imo true However there is the choice of doing good and being caring too. I choose good and caring.

I just have this bad feeling in my stomach. It’s not exactly nausea but not exactly anxiety. I don’t know what it is but I’ve been getting it a lot this past week.

Feeling not so well today. Think I may be dehydrated from the heat the past days. So, drinking water.

I had a rough, emotional morning, in my mind. I could blame hormones, but it's probably just frustration. I'm learning to let go of trying to control things. To learn to roll with the changes is not easy, as I am a creature of habit. I wish... I dream... I hope

Feeling frustrated and lonely There are friends. Six women friends and one boyfriend. They are all in the MH system. I feel very unconfident socializing with nonconsumers.

I was frustrated earlier, actually ended up breaking a sculpture I made in middle school and one of the peices jammed into my finger, ouch. Must learn better coping skills!

Ugh. I'd like to lose about 40 pounds, and I just age a huge lunch- mostly because it was free- and it tasted really good.
