Today, I am extremely anxious. My hands are shaking so much that it is hard to type. I just took some medication for this condition. However, a lot of my condition is due to my ffeelings of uncertainty re my lfe right now. I have no one in my life I trust. My family of original is all dead, as far as I kmow. I become so frightened by everything.. I am 63. It wasn't always like this, but the last few years have turned everything upside down.

I'm still really anxious about my GP appointment! Soon enough though it will be over. It's at 3 and it's just after 2 now.

I got my eyebrows done today and my hairstylist took skin off in multiple places. They burn really bad right now and the only thing I had was some pumpkin pie chapstick. Which actually did somewhat help. I feel ok right now though.
