How Are You Feeling Right Now? #5

A bit bluesy, I sold my Defender SVX to raise money for our new house.

Crappy physically but what else is new. Ever since I had that cellulitis infection I have been feeling off physically.

Feeling okay and pretty positive, optimistic. I coped through some things which, not too long ago, were triggering me to some very bad lows. So, I'm progressing - at a snails pace, sure - but progressing, nevertheless.

I feel really good tonight. I've been working on a fun class.

Hopeful.

Mixed emotions this morning

Pretty optimistic.

Feeling kinda like crap. I’ve had the same nausea, headache, and loss of appetite for 3 days.

I feel depressed. I visited mum today. She was moody and irritable she has dementia. I am sad about that.
I bought her sandwiches and trifle. I bought trifles home there were two left she didn't eat them. I always buy a packet of 3 I shouldn't do that cos she doesn't eat them.
At home in a moment of weakness I ate the trifles not supposed to eat anything with sugar in it. I am very bad I am meant to look after my blood sugar and lose weight.
Bad person I am do I want to lose my eye sight . No. Get straight back on the diet and stay off sugar, it is a poison and dangerous for me never eat it.It has upset me that I had the trifles. Usually I don't bring home or buy it so that I am not tempted. Tomorrow and for the rest of my life I have to be strict with myself.

Endured great emotional torment today. Very, very tired of it. What good is life if all you do is get clobbered, recover, get clobbered, recover, get clobbered, clobbered, clobbered - and this just goes on for years. I don't understand why it's happening. I utilize many tools. Look, I'm even on the internet bearing my soul!

Must be karmic waves from previous acts.

Depressed this morning

Like SCREAMING! Life has become too much for me. If people only knew just how much high strangeness ... out right s**t I've experienced my entire life from earliest memories, soooooooooooooooooooooo weird. I need to tell someone. Thank God I finally got the guts to finally see a psychologist. Finally someone I can tell! How can I wait till next Saturday?

Zen, relaxed and calm. It is a nice change of pace.

Feeling a bit better today, antibiotics and a bit of sleep -finally!

I had a doctor tell me yesterday "It's not your fault that this is happening, and once we get this fixed you'll see a lot of the problems you're having go away" This was not my usual doctor, the guy I saw yesterday was much nicer, and really switched on. I have never had a doctor tell me anything wasn't my fault, and I tear up just thinking about it It was probably the nicest thing anyone has said to me in many years.

I'm feeling mavellous.

I’m actually not tired right now and considering what time it is, that’s kind of unusual. I do feel kind of meh right now though.

Optimistic again.

Mixed emotions this morning

I feel pretty good. I lost some weight and I started advertising my art services on Fiverr. I'll do gaming services as well and a bit of coaching too.

Like crying

I feel lousy I am depressed.

Feeling stable again, and just taking stock of the realities of my mental state - so as to avert these psychotic imbalances that take place in my mind. It's not good enough just to be able to cope through it - I need it to not happen at all. I know there'd a few people on this site who probably feel the same way.
