Depressed this morning

I'm bored.

My feet hurt ,they have gone numb and cold, I took some magnesium and ordered Epsom salts to soak them in hot water and Epsom salts.
I have a foot spar, recently acquired from my mum, who has never used it, it was among her possessions that had to be sorted when she went into the care home. I will start soaking my feet regular and get rid of hard skin and use foot softener on them. As a diabetic it's important to take care of our feet.

It's upsetting it's always one health problem after another with me since I was aged 24 and I am 55 now. Never been completely healthy but I can do it I can get
to full health.

I'm depressed and hungry

I’m in a crabby mood to be honest

Overwhelmed

I'm sad and ready for bed.

Really tired.

Irritated and annoyed since hard to concentrate with sleeping badly last few days.

Just dejected and hopeless about sleep.

I'm worried. I'm having a hard time with going to the pharmacy. I emailed my mom since it's so early. It helped me feel better. I asked her if she could pick up my meds for me. I hope she can do it. Maybe she could visit too and we have a cup of coffee. That would be nice.

Anxious about who will win the election.

I found out the soda I was really looking forward to coming out is now not coming out. As odd as it sounds that was seriously what was helping me get through the first half of this month. I had been looking forward to that for months. Now that it’s been cancelled along with everything else I’ve been feeling these past few days, I kind of feel beyond repair at this point.

Mixed emotions this afternoon

Drowsy, but finally slept

I feel gutted, the Tories won a majority, this is the worse thing ever.
People in the UK have elected Boris Johnson in as Prime Minister the equivalent of Donald Trump.
Now racism will flourish and once again become the norm and the poor will get kicked in the teeth more and more rather than
get a helping hand, we are in for tough times. Our NHS will be sold off and we will have to sell our houses for health care.
The country will go downhill when Brexit is done we will definitely be up the creek without a paddle.
Nasty work got done tonight. I really thought Labour stood a chance of winning but no the nasty party won it.

On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being suicidal n 10 being manic, I’m about a 3.5 👎

I am very tired.

I have this awful heartburn right now.

I am still waking up. But I feel hopeful... halfway decent.
