I was feeling pretty crappy all day but I turned on my giant SAD light box 15 minutes ago and this is the best I’ve felt all day.

I don’t know why but last night and tonight I’ve felt like I’ve had diabetes because I’ve been chugging water nonstop and using the bathroom 3-5 times a night. It’s like I’ll chug 12oz of water and my mouth will instantly feel salty again.

I woke up at 2:42AM. I went to bed at 8. I really don’t want to get up this early and be a mess all day at work. This would have been the 3rd shift in a row it’s happened. Sometimes I understand the people on here with SI.
