Tired. But I keep getting this bad feeling in my chest like a burp but it feels inside out and it feels like pressure on my heart. One of the reasons why I felt ****** today. With my heart beating fast lately and the high heart rate notices I’ve been getting on my phone I'm kind of worried about my heart.

I feel like maybe I let a little bit too much of my anxiety disorder show at work today. But I mean there was blood everywhere and I knew I should have worn gloves and I was in the wrong in the situation. I just hope my supervisor doesn’t think I’m a spaz or anything for freaking out.

Ok I think that inside out burp feeling I keep having which I think is heart problems is actually from all this sparkling raspberry rose water I’ve been drinking. Why I keep getting all those heart notices on my phone though, I have no idea.

I think I have a cold. My nose is running terribly and I’m sneezing and I just feel like crap in general and I have been all day. This wouldn’t be the first time or even the 3rd time where bad mental health symptoms ended up turning into something physical. Hell my therapist thinks everything I’m going through is traced back to a medical condition. Who the **** knows.

Quite upset right now. As a member of a certain social network I wrote I disliked Goonie. Okay I strongly expressed myself. A member of the same social network told me to gfm and gfo. , lastly stfu. My reaction was a real overreaction to an opinion. Should be upset Comments too that I need to work on my grammar. That didn't hurt as much since I took it *** constructive criticim. I admit I can be sloppy with my grammar . OTOH I am brushing on grammar. Born in the US.

I saw an intense episode of Drag Race Allstars an hour ago. I feel kind of meh right now. It was a pretty emotional lip sync. I think maybe Honey Davenports elimination was the only thing more heart breaking that I’ve seen on that show.
