How Are You Feeling Right Now? #5

Content; loved, adored, wanted.

Better then before.

Definitely agitated. It started out as: "oh I seem to have more energy than usual and I'm getting lots done - yay me" Then it took that hard left into crazy town. My throat is now sore from talking non-stop for the past few hours.

It's been an overstimulating week, with lots of new things that are stressful, so I guess this comes as no surprise; but it's still really, really unpleasant.

I am low energy this afternoon... and I feel very sad and alone.

I feel like I should be getting ready for bed. Dumb time change. It does this every year to me.

Pretty good. Had a fun weekend with friends. Reached out with a nice text but didn’t get a reply.

Tired and down today. I don't have any energy.

Feeling ok. A little frustrated that I don't seem able to lose weight.

I woke up wide awake at 1AM and I realized I hadn’t taken my antibiotic. So I’m annoyed at myself. I had my alarm set and everything for 8pm.

I feel uneasy. I accidentally ate a little bit of cheese that had bacteria. The piece I ate was fine but when I looked at the rest of the package, it was green. I'm really grossed out. Other than that I feel Okay.

Anxious and depressed this morning

I feel better now. I'm calm, content and relaxed. I'm getting ready to play World of Warcraft for a while. I was reading a crime novel earlier.

I cried all afternoon.

Right now I'm feeling relaxed, which is a very good thing after the stressful week I had.

Depressed this afternoon

Thank you again, @bpcyclist. My daughter and partner have been wonderfully supportive throughout this difficult time.

Tired. But mood wise I’m ok.

Anxious about my appointment with Pastor T tonight.

I'm grieving this morning. For some reason I'm mourning the loss of my mobility. I guess cause I recently watched a VR video where people were walking around a park. All I could think about was, "I wish I could do that too."

I am so sorry you are dealing with this, @Deilla. That is just an incredibly difficult situation to be in. Is it possible for you to visit the park via some other means, by chance?

Hungry....

I'm very depressed this morning. Been up all night with troubling thoughts. Today life sucks.
