A bit rough. I had a crappy night again due to pain, and insomnia caused by pain, but I'm doing my best, and I'm hopeful things will get better soon.

I’m kind of lightheaded and my head really hurts and I feel kinda sick. I wonder if I got ****ed up more then I realized when I fell from my night terror the other night.

My mood is low, I am depressed and also I am sleepy and tired....I can't imagine doing anything tomorrow I don't feel like I have any energy,
but tomorrow morning I know I will wake refreshed and recharged and able to go out again . |
