Depressed this morning

Anxious today... not feeling well.

I am upset my narcissist sister is frustrating my plans by being miserly.
I am going to stop talking to her. I am depressed now. Gonna hibernate and not talk to her.

Pretty hungry and feeling the affects (effects?) from it but trying to hold off for another hour or so.

Tired and depressed this afternoon

I feel okay so far today.

I'm feeling better since accomplishing some goals.

I can’t tell if I’m getting the stomach flu or just need a Xanax.

Tired but okay for now.

I am depressed and lonely and I feel sleepy, it is 23:23 I usually go to bed at 12am but I might stay up until 1pm,then get up in the morning and have my shower.

I've been doing very well for taking a break off PC. My life and my daughter's is doing well, and our therapy sessions fruitful, practiical and interesting.

Today the upright Gobelin tapestry loom arrived along with its padded wooden bench plus several cartons of linen and wool coloured yarn. The book we're using has been fantastically instructional. It's a 100-inch loom, not a toy. Standing here in our crafting room it looks majestic. It's the start of our new hobby, and next Wednesday I go back to work, looking forward to it since our lives have finally settled for the better.

I'm feeling okay, in contrast to how I've felt other times .

I just found out this show called Henry Danger is ending after 5 years. I think in kind of a creepy way according to the bizarre commercial they just had. It’s the longest running live action show on Nickelodeon and it’s the only show besides Spongebob thats been on since before my dad died. Kinda weird.

Aw, thanks for letting us know @Access Denied, you're a good sort. And I'm happy your daughter and yourself are both settled into your new lives, after all the upheavals and changes you've been through. Wow. I wish incredible happiness for you. You've contributed a lot of important things here, as well.

I am doing all right. Having some med complications, but...

Apprehensive about going to the supermarket [I know, it's all in my mind. Or is it?] but I'll let the presence of nature all around, offset my mental distortions.

Tired of being on the battlefield with depression and I don't know if my mind racing makes the situation better or worse.

I feel kind of blah right now. Probably just because I’m going back to work tomorrow after a long weekend.

I'm okay so far, just really, really sore from working out. Pretty uncomfortable, actually.

I am feeling content won't complain cos others are worse off than me.
