Wondering why a woman friend told me don't be afraid when I wasn't feeling that way. Maybe its because she's paranoid sz. I realize I'm diagnosing her and I'm not an MH Pro. OTOH she thinks people are after her and she hears inner voices.

I am depressed. I am slightly pleased and relieved. i had the plumber here today replacing my boiler and hot water heating element so after 3 months
without hot running water I have it again.It cost a lost but it isn't likely to go wrong again for another 7 years and then will only cost about a hundred pounds to fix so long term it is looking good. The depression I have had for years so it is nothing new. I just have to keep on plodding on and hope for the answer, one day I will find it. My niece whom I look forward to seeing is out of town until the 9 November so I am missing her. |

I always hate being on call (NHS 111) because 3 hours after sleep I got called out and onlyt came home 50 mins ago. I can't sleep. No way. Nice cuppa tea though.

I am feeling fairly good so far today. I am finally sleeping enough, I think, on the Zyprexa, but all that sleep is coming during the daytime. I have to figure out how to turn it around, so I can sleep at night.

I have severe chest pains and I am being evaluated for a heart condition. I took a Xanax so I don’t feel anxious but the pain is bad. I’m wondering at what point I should be concerned.
