I just woke up from a 1.5 nap and my mom thought it was because I was feeling sick but I think it’s just a combination of not doing anything all day and general depression about the situation.

Feeling depressed and lonely. One woman friend is in the hospital for her sz. Can't visit a diferent friend because she's doesn't feel like company. Male friend doesn't want to see until April. He's in a real funk too. Luckily I can still call friends by phone and talk to some of them via Facebook.

My doctor said on Tuesday I’d get swollen ankles. I didn’t know they’d cause pain.

I found out our internet was going to be out until tomorrow morning which also meant all streaming services and I said “nope, not gonna deal with it today” so I took 10 milligrams of melatonin at 8 in the morning. And woke up an hour later. Melatonin can be so useless sometimes. But then my therapist called my mom and said the office got approved for telechat sessions and said she’d call me on Monday. She asked how I was doing. So that made me feel better. Our internet is working again. I feel ok right now.

tired. stressed. just as soon as I feel I get a break I am reminded that we have to do taxes tomorrow. ugh!!! hate it!!!
oh yeah, and my head hurts.
