Feeling okay this morn. Had a long catch up sleep. It's weird but I tend to feel sick & depressed if I haven't had enough sleep.

I'm feeling very anxious this evening. Saw some bad news. It's upset me. Just trying to relax and tell myself I am safe. I'm at home and have everything I need.

Tired. Didn't sleep well. Woke up at 6am in a panic, because I thought my air conditioner was leaking (as it turned off, I heard what I thought was a dripping sound - it turned out to be an annoying bird outside, I think).
Happy that I get to talk to my neurofeedback guy tonight. Going to beg him to give me a new protocol - we've been working on one that's supposed to help boost immunity, but I've been feeling consistently too hot - I think the protocol might be doing that. It's annoying. Otherwise... same old same old. Too much chocolate already today :/ |

I fell asleep at 5 and woke up at 7:51. I don’t know what I expected. No matter what time I go to sleep I can never sleep past 8. It doesn’t matter if I’ve been up for 22 hours.

I feel predictably unwell. I only got 2 hours of sleep last night, though I am not tired. I have some anxiety symptoms, as well as some gastro intestinal distress.
