The other day, very hot sunny day, I mowed a front and back lawn and it was so good. I offered to do them regularly for free and all went well. This is a good progression on my path of recovery.

I wonder how long it will take me to not be anxious before my therapy appointments with my new therapist? I took my anxiety medicine today but then felt the rapid anxiety coming on, like a panic attack, so I took a PRN. I talk to T in about 3 hours. I'm nervous. I don't know exactly what I am going to talk about.

My coworker got me a coffee today from Dutch Bros. It is an annihilator, iced. It is very good. It helped my migraine headache quite a bit--caffeine usually helps.

My maid of honor dress for my sister's wedding needs to be hemmed about 4 inches. At least I have time to get this done before the wedding.

I wonder if it matters that I don't want to use dating apps. I wonder if there will come a day when someone finally does ask me on a date. Dating apps are so silly since they don't even give a good idea of someone. I've never even spoken to someone through a dating app or friendship app. I want to cut it down to nothing even being done on those types of apps. I have not had a single person ask me on a date in forever. Well, there was that short guy but I didn't think he was cute. I do not remember anyone but that short guy asking me on a date in about 10 years and I guess it speaks to my isolation. If I were not isolated due to it being one of the symptoms of Schizophrenia, I might have the confidence to have friends and a boyfriend. But enough is enough and I am not going down with this ship. I am not going to do this dating that way. To me it all seems like it's tototootallly one way and that way is one night stands and that isn't anything I ever wanted. So, I guess it's time to clean up my phone seriously. And then I'll have a clean phone and one that I do want.

Everything is getting better for me, but I'm finally facing lots of different things and it's pretty scary for me. I've never talked to a therapist before and opened up like this about everything that I've been through. I've been having some crying spells, but I know it's simply from me facing things. On some days I need to take a nap because it can be mentally draining when I cry. I'm glad that I'm improving though.
